Assistant Professor Job vacancies in Indian Institute of Technology Bhubaneswar (IIT Bhubaneswar)
Discipline : Electrical Sciences / Humanities, Social Sciences & Management /Infrastructure/ Mechanical Sciences/Minerals, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering/Basic Sciences /Earth, Ocean and Climate Sciences
Qualification : Ph.D. with first class or equivalent in the preceding degree in appropriate branch with a consistently very good academic record throughout and evidence of ability to pursue independent high quality research.
At least 3 years teaching/research/industrial/professional experience excluding however the experience gained while pursuing Ph.D. Candidates should be highly motivated towards teaching and research and should have demonstrated research capabilities in terms of publications in reputed journals and referred conferences. Eligible candidates with less than 3 years of relevant experience (as described for Assistant Professor), may be considered for the position of Assistant Professor (On Contract) with appropriate starting pay. Once selected in this position, the candidate will be considered for the post of Assistant Professor upon reaching the required experience.
Pay Scale : Rs. 15600 – Rs. 39100
