About the project: The GCxGC TOF MS facility with Multipurpose Sampler is a state-of-the-art facility for the analysis of complex samples containing volatile and semi-volatile organic compounds. It primarily caters to the need of internal users across various Departments in IIT Bombay.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
MSc. in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Environmental and Earth Science; and BTech/MTech in Chemical, Instrumentation and Environmental Engineering. Candidates with experience in operating sophisticated analytical instruments will be preferred.
Job Profile:
The responsibilities will involve sample analysis on the GCxGC TOF MS system, maintenance of the system; procurement of consumables and spares, communication with users, record keeping and report preparation.
Pay Details:
Level PR- A3: Salary range from Rs.25200 to Rs. 50400 + Rs.5000.00/- Out Of Campus Allowance (if applicable) p.m.
