Students’ Counsellor recruitment in Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IIT Guwahati)
Students’ Counsellor /04 Posts ( 1 UR; 1 SC; 1 ST; 1 OBC)
Minimum Qualification : Post Graduate qualifications in an appropriate discipline from accredited and recognized Institutions with specializations in areas of Counselling, Psychotherapy and / or Clinical Psychology.
Desirable : At least 3 years experience as practicing professionals or as in-house counsellors. Experience of similar work in higher educational institutions will be given weightage.
Age: Below 50 years
Pay Scale : Rs.15600 – 39100
Application Fee: Candidates will have to make the payment of application fees through the online mode as under: Rs. 500 (for General/ OBC candidates) and `250 (for SC/ST/PwD candidates).

Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, the sixth member of the IIT fraternity, was established in 1994. The academic programme of IIT Guwahati commenced in 1995.
