Advertisement for position of Research Associate (Project Data Management) at IIT Hyderabad, India Applications are invited for a time bound Project Appointment under the following project
1. Name of the Post: Research Associate (Project Data Management)
2. Salary: Rs. 35000 + 24% HRA per month (Year 1). Rs. 40000 + 24% HRA per month (Year 2)
3. Minimum educational qualifications: Masters in social science or humanities fields, or library and data science.
4. Necessary skills for shortlisting: Ability to assist PI with overall project administration. Ability to work with a multi disciplinary team to assist the researchers with managing data. Familiarity with data of different types (qualitative, quantitative, spatial) and and archival management or library science.
5. Preferable skills: Prior experience working with data storage, archive management, content management software. Prior experience working in, and preferably managing, multidisciplinary teams. Manuscript writing. Preparing diverse range of outputs to effectively communicate spatial information to a variety of audiences.
