Indian Institute of Technology Mandi (IIT Mandi) invites application for the position Junior Research Fellow/Project Associate-I
Position-1: ISRO sponsored project entitled “Design and Fabrication of Interface ASIC for Vibratory Gyroscope Sensor Application” at IIT Mandi, with fellowship/salary maximum upto Rs. 31,000/ per month consolidated. (On subject to qualification and experience)
Fellowship/Salary: The selected candidate will be appointed as Junior Research Fellow (JRF)/Project Associate-I for Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), Government of India, sponsored project in the School of Computing and Electrical Engineering, IIT Mandi.
Duration: The appointment will be made initially for a period of 1 Year, further extension based on the performance/project extension/extend.
Additional information: Deserving candidate may have the opportunity to join MS or Ph.D. at IIT Mandi as full-time/part time on the subject to fulfilling eligibility criteria and satisfactory performance as per Institute norms.
Essential Educational Qualification: Potential candidates should have B.Tech ECE/ EE/Instrumentation (Valid NET or GATE score preferable) or M.Sc. in Electronics Science (Valid NET or GATE score preferable) or equivalent degree with 60% marks or MS or M.Tech. in Electronics/VLSI/ECE (NET or GATE score desired for M.Tech candidates).
Desirable Qualification: The knowledge of analog and digital circuit design essential, Hands-on experience on Matlab and VLSI tools such as Cadence or Synopsys is important. The applicant must have experience of using Linux operating system preferably
