Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Initiate contact with potential clients through assigned leads and secure appointments
Understand client’s immigration requirements through effective communication.
Counsel clients on PR /Business/Investment visa processes and requirements.
Provide clear and accurate information based on current immigration laws and policies
Make outbound calls to leads, answering inquiries about visa applications and guiding them through the sign-up process.
Conduct sales pitches to engage prospects and successfully close deals.
Identify new opportunities to expand the existing client network
Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions using the CRM system.
Meet the assigned targets
Support clients in gathering necessary documentation for applications
