Job Title: Immigration Counsellor - SalesResponsibilities• Provide guidance and advice to clients regarding their immigration program• Document scrutiny and collection of applications for visa processing• Handle customer/applicant queries personally or via email, telephone• Record & maintain all application data. Ensure accurate & timely data entry into the system with zero errors• Keep up-to-date with changing rules, guidelines, and trends in Immigration options and programs for Canada and Quebec• Execute appropriate follow-up calls and emails in a timely mannerSkills Required• Good communication skills, with an enthusiasm for learning• Knowledge of the Canadian immigration process/ laws will be an added advantage• Should be able to work on Excel and create reports• Team skills and strong relationship-building skills• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills |
