Job Profile

• Basic Computer Hardware knowledge, troubleshooting, Excellent communication skill in writing (English) and speaking (Hindi and English), willing to work in rotational shifts, good grasping power and a quick learner
  
• Willingness to travel
  
• Possess good communication skills, both oral and written
  
• Be familiar with Microsoft applications and working knowledge of M S Office.
  
• Have a good attitude - should be committed to the work
  
• Goal achievers & positive thinking.
  
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and consistent and timely follow up
  
• Monitor and respond to phone, email, chat or web cases for new and existing customers.
  
• Manage escalated support activities from initial report and documentation through resolution.
  
• Provide input to Product Management regarding product enhancements.
  
• Provide content for our internal Knowledgebase and customer facing Support Forums
