- B.E/B.Tech, [Any stream] MBA with 0-3 years of work experience
What will you be doing as an Implementation Executive/Consultant:
We are looking for a Implementation executives to join our growing team, supporting
customers by understanding the operational challenges in their supply chain and enabling
digital transformation of their operations through FreightDeck.
As a part of the broader Implementation Team you will be interfacing with the end client,
internal solution design teams and product teams to deliver the right solution to the client.
Exposure will be to multiple sectors across the industry ranging from FMCG, Steel, Cement,
Chemicals and more. You will be working closely with teams on the client side throughout
the implementation lifecycle that spans from Process Mapping, Solution Design, Deployment and Training.
Implementation consultant should be an active listener but also a strategic thinker who
understands they product they are deploying as well as the clients needs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Understand the Customer’s business and functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications and requirements.
- Documents business requirements and functional specifications for acceptance by Customer and well as internal FreightDeck teams, Product and Engineering
- Works hands-on with customer technical teams and internal FreightDeck teams to implement technical solutions.
- Resolving complex data and analytic configurations to ensure that the solution is producing the expected results.
- Work with teammates to enhance FreightDeck’s library of customer facing presentations on the FreightDeck platform, APIs, integration approaches and upgrades.
- Ensure a comprehensive understanding across FreightDeck of typical business challenges faced by customers and common objectives to appropriately map FreightDeck’s features and associated business benefits to address their needs.
- Provide support and troubleshooting to aid external customers and FreightDeck internal stakeholders when issues arise and provide resolution or guidance.
What Will You Bring For This Role:
- Self-motivated and string analytical ability
- 0-3 years of experience in supply chain solution implementation or integrations in transportation or warehouse management systems or supply chain consulting
- Experience understanding customers/business requirements and building integration solutions
- Willingness to travel to spend significant time on-site with customers
- Freshers with exceptional analytical ability, willingness and ability to learn and adapt fast will also be considered
Salary: INR 2,40,000 - 7,00,000 Per Annum
Work Location: Bangalore
