Implementation/Sales Manager Jobs in Mumbai - Finovate Capital

We are looking for an Implementation/Sales Manager with experience in BFSI domain (specifically with Working Capital Loans), who’s very core role is to implement/retaining/expand and developing relationships of SMEs to sell our products/services either under the Supply Chain Finance program or on standalone basis.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for successful implementation of the Supply Chain Finance Programs
• Provide quality service that exceeds client and company expectations
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
• Resolve client problems related to services or the software product
• Attend on-site client meetings when necessary
• Provide necessary training & handholding to clients on the technology platform
• Managing Sales operations from lead generation to collections.
• Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction and maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts
• Contributing to company's business and product strategy based on research & feedback from small businesses.

Must have requirements

• At least 2 to 4 years’ experience in sales to SME/ MSME with a Fintech (preferred) or BFSI
• Must have an existing network of SME/ MSME relationships from previous stints
• Good understanding of Supply Chain Finance business and working capital products
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with SMEs along with retention responsibilities with monthly and quarterly targets
