Job Description

Generate leads (leads through Exim Bank, Chamber of Commerce, Promotional councils, Indian High Commission, Foreign Embassies, B2B sites, and International Exhibition).

- liaise with External Parties and Coordinate Shipments with Respective Factory/ Customer/ Forwarder/ Carrier

- monitor Proper Administration and Documentation Pertaining to Order Creation and Shipments Arrangement

- coordinate with Local and Overseas Suppliers, Forwarders, Transporters, and Warehouse On Timely Delivery and Clearances of Goods

- responsible for Account Payables and Receivables maintain Petty Cash, Reimbursements, and Preparation of Payment Vouchers

-communicate Objectives to Managers.

- manage Overall Office Administrative Function

- preparation of Documentation Including Bills of Lading

- knowledge of L/ c Documentation for Import and Export - attend and Monitor Regular Shipments Enquiries •

• Ensure all government compliance incl. GST, Excise, VAT/CST, ROC, TDS, Income Tax, Profession Tax, etc. with consultants.

• Business Targets To achieve RTFX Income Target on the entire range of Trade & Forex products, viz.

• , Imports/ Exports/ Bank Guarantees & LCs / Buyer's Credit/ FDI/ODI/ ECB, A2 remittances, Currency Sale/Purchase, Forex Cards, FCY DDs, inward and outward Remittances etc.

• Ensuring each of the mapped branches meets its RTFX income target Ensuring each managed portfolio in the mapped branches becomes active on RTFX products B.

• New Customer Acquisition Joint visits/calls with branch staff to prospective customers being acquired by the branch for pitching RTFX products.

Will be responsible for back-office related work in the import/export department. Will need to label all products that have to be exported and must understand the entire filing process for such goods as well as the calculation of duties etc.
