Job Description
- Only Candidates who are residing in/near Delhi/NCR and available for immediate face-2-face interview need to apply.
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers for shipment planning, contract documents, and shipping documentation
- Coordinating and negotiating with various shipping agents in India for selection of the shipping agent
- Coordinate with the suppliers and shipping agents for shipment coordination
- Tracking of shipments
- Coordinating with customs clearing agents for clearance of import shipments
- Keeping record of complete documentation for import shipments
- Coordinating with clients for their direct import shipments and related documentation
- MS-Excel
- Good communication skills and English Proficiency (Spoken & Written).
- Commerce/Accounts background and knowledge of Tally will be an added advantage.
