• Designation: In-house Sales Coordinators ( Summer Camps- Mahabaleshwar / Commando / Military Training camps for children)
  

Responsibilities and Duties
Job Description :

• Connect with the Hot Leads give by the company and network with Registered & New Clients;
• Manage Client Query on phone & Convert tele-conversation into enrollments.
• Counsel prospective customers and understand their needs for their children;
• Provide best possible solution to customers;
• swiftly share site details and camp details with the customer.
• provide much personalised service to the customers during counseling and close the deal;
• Work closely with internal CRM team to ensure hassle free after sales service
• To ensure that the targets are achieved according to the business plan;
• To prepare status report on the prospects those which are under various stages of progress/negotiation using CRM / ERP

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in sales preferably in B2C segment, Freshers are most welcome
• Should be a Graduate / Post Graduates
• Strong relationship building skills and ability to network
• Strong Communication and Influence Skills
• High on Energy and Committed Individual
