Job Description
- Engage with shopper by providing more information on our products.
- Explain about offers / promotions to customer
- Check stock availability (All stocks listed) in the category
- Liaise with store personnel, Supervisor to ensure delivery of stocks
- Maintenance of cleanliness and hygiene on shelves
- Adherence to Share of Shelf targets for each category
- Merchandising of stocks (as per guidelines provided)
- Inform Merchandiser / Supervisor in case of Assets are damaged
- Display promotional communication on promotional stocks and new launch SKUs in store
- Mount & Maintain TOT (Terms of Trade) and Paid Visibility Assets
- Fill assets with sufficient stock
- Achievement of Sales Targets
- Adhere to the grooming standards
