Job Description
Job Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for handling international calls from clients.
- Ability to understand / diagnose customer's technical problem to take action accordingly.
- Will require addressing irate/demanding customers in a tactical manner in necessary situations.
- Basic Computer Technical knowledge is essential
- Ensuring that the customer issues are taken on priority with an effort for quick solution & services are rendered to them as required.
- Fresher or Candidates with experience in IT / NON IT (Voice) international sales can apply.
- Excellent English communication skills are must.
- Should be able to work as a multitasking person during transaction handling.
- Disciplined and systematic problem solving skills are required
- Handling Pop up Calls / Printer calls/ PPC calls
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to computers
- Willing to work in night shift.

There is only a minimal fee that is charged from the customers in return of loads of work that we do for them. Once we help out any customer of ours, we believe in maintaining relationship with them so that we can further help out that individual in need.
While our experts fix any problem that arise in our customer’s devices they also educate them about various aspects of the problem along with other problems/issues that may come up during the operation of that device. This is done so that in future the customers get enough confidence to fix the issue themselves.
