Job Description
- This job is only for Experience candidates and from international BPO who has worked in TECH OUTBOUND OR INBOUND PROCES
- Resolving issues for customers who has a problem is the computer related to software issues which would be for windows and mac computer or any other devices.
- Candidates needs to receive calls and troubleshooting problems of customers that will call related to computer software issues of windows and mac candidates needs to troubleshoot issues like anti virus,pop up calls like error messages and other software issues.
- Salary is credited 1st of every month.
- Fixed salary offered between 15,000 to 26,000 depending on experience.
- Leaves , comp offs and B’day Leaves are applicable.
- No Stretching of any shifts you apply like morning or night.
- Roster (1 fixed week off) and 6 days work
