This job opening is not applicable for those candidates who has never worked in a international bpo
we need experience candidates with good international bpo knowledge for inbound and outbound experience.
Troubleshooting issues in computer software of customers computer for Windows and Mac.
CANDIDATES NEED TO COMMUNICATE FLUENTLY IN ENGLISH.
Candidates needs to receive calls of customers that will call related to computer software issues of windows and mac candidates needs to troubleshoot issues like anti virus,pop up calls like error messages and other software issues.

Fixed salary offered between 15,000 to 26,000 depending on experience.
