Job Description
We have a premium requirement for Tech Support Executive/ Voice Process in our esteemed organization.
- Qualification : Any graduate/ undergraduate
- Experience : 1-6 Years
- Assisting international clients for Windows / MAC / IOS / Printer / Router / Antivirus related issues.
- Candidates must have good communication in English.
- Candidates must have Experience in Technical Support(Inbound Candidates must know how to close their own calls or at least can pitch the calls.)
- German/Polish speaking candidates are preferable.
- Should be flexible in working in Night shift
- Candidate must be comfortable in working 6 days / 1 rotational off
