Position vacant for Technical Sales Associates.
Salary Credited on the 1st of every month.Fixed salary + Good Incentive.Salary Negotiable.
Job Summary.
Handling the issues of the customer regarding computer issues like printer,router,anti virus,Pop up on Desktops or laptops screen with a Error code message also handling issues like activation lock, iphone disable connect to itunes etc which will be related to apple devices like ipad, ipod, tablets apple laptops and iphones of any model.Handling issues both Windows and Mac any devices and any peripherals.
Candidate profile:Needs to know English(Read,Write,Speak)Needs to have basic computer knowledge in terms to operate and diagnose the issues of the customers computer.Needs to have the ability to handle inbound callsNeeds to have EXPERIENCE in TECH SUPPORT INBOUND OR OUTBOUND.Needs to have strong communication in English.Needs to know how to figure out the issues and solution and resolve it by selling a plan.Needs to be convincing /confident and ability to close their own calls.Candiadtes needs to be Flexible.
Qualification:Higher Secondary or Secondaryor Any field Graduate
Perks:Salary on 1st of the monthNegotiableAttractive incentive6 days work + 1 day fix off any day (Roster off).No stretchingPaid leaves+Comp Off(Selected 15 Calender leave which be a comp off for that day which can be utilised as a leave).9 hours working and 1 hour break.
