Excellent opportunity for experienced candidates in international BPO for Technical Sales Associate Job Summary: Needs to attain the calls of our international customer regarding to their computer related issues and help them to resolve the problem by providing technical support to them with the help of our technician. Candidates have to convince the customer to pay for the service and when the customer get ready to pay , candidates should simply transfer the calls to the technician .
Criteria: Candidates should have minimum 6 months experience in International BPO company (inbound/ outbound). Candidates should be flexible and comfortable to work in night shift. Candidates should have excellent communicational skills.
Must have Fluency in English.
Salary: Rs.15,000 - 25,000/month (fixed) Huge Incentives
Fixed Salary Credited on first of every month .
Benefits and facilities: 24 paid leaves in a year 15 comp off Paid B day leaves No Extension of Shift Timings. Night Shift.
Working Days: 6 days / 1 roster off.
Qualifications:-
Must Have Experience in Outbound /Inbound Tech Sales for more than 8 months.
Must know how to close their own calls.
Must have good convincing skills.
Min HSC Passed.
