Applicant should be a graduate/final year student or result awaited
Freshers/Work Experience both can apply

Less than 25 yrs of age
Smart, well versed in English
Excellent spoken as well as written communication skills
Answering Inbound calls from the guests calling in at Oberoi Contact Centre
Solving guest queries and providing them with relevant information
Processing room reservations in tandem with the guest query
Reconfirmation of the reservations either by calls or emails
Round the clock Pick and drop facility (Excluding Gurgaon/Faridabad & Remote Areas of Ghaziabad & Noida)
Subsidized meals
Candidate must be flexible to work in all shifts (24x7 operations) Monthly 1 week of night shifts
