Job Description
The Job requires interacting with customers over calls to ensure all issues are resolved to customer's satisfaction.
The job requires you to understand the customer's problem accurately, follow the established procedures to resolve the problem, and communicate with the customers.

1) Possess good communication skills, both oral and written.

4) Only Day shift for Girls.
Shift Timings:
Female: 7AM - 4PM
Male: 1PM - 10PM
Education:
Any(10+2, Diploma, Degree, PG) FRESHER WITH GOOD ENGLISH & HINDI COMMUNICATION CAN ALSO APPLY.
