Job Description: Incharge - Talent Acquisition will be responsible for hiring , managing and leading a team of TA & Onboarding SPOCS for prospective hires and stakeholders, and establish company branding among internal and external customers. We are looking for an ambitious, talented and seasoned professional who has the desire to make his/her presence felt and is committed to making a vital contribution towards the growth of the company and its value system.
Education: MBA/PGDM - HRIlndustrial Relations, Any Specialization
Job Responsibilities : Lateral Hiring - Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings Lead all sourcing strategies to cater to all internal requirements for PAN India Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication) Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.) Reviews employment applications and background check reports Use HRIS, Recruitment Marketing tools and drive referral programs Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire Review all performance annually and compare efficiency of strategies with drafted plans
