Name of the Post: Sr. Manager (Projects)/ Manager (Projects) / Dy. Manager (Projects)

Level& Pay-scale Remuneration: 
(i) For Appointment on Deputation: E-3/ E-2/E-1 Parent Department Pay + Deputation Duty Allowance +Other Allowances as per IPRCL HR Policy.
(ii) For appointment on contract for Officers presently working on immediate absorption or on contract in CDA/IDA Scale: E-3 60000-180000/ E-2 60000- 160000/ E-1 40000-140000+ IDA + HRA + Perks @35% of Basic Pay & Allowances as admissible in IPRCL. Pay protection will be given to candidates as per DPE Guidelines.
(iii) For appointment on Contract for Officers working in Private Sector:-3 60000-180000/ E-2 60000-160000 / E-1 40000-140000 +IDA + HRA+ Perks @35% of Basic Pay & Allowances as admissible in IPRCL The selected candidate shall be placed at the minimum of Basic Pay. In case of deserving & exceptional candidates, Basic Pay is negotiable.
(iv) For appointment on Re-employment: E-3 60000-180000/ E-2 60000-160000 /E-1 40000-140000

A. Name of the Post: Manager (Vigilance) (E-2)

Level& Pay-scale Remuneration:  Parent Department Pay + Deputation Duty Allowance + Other Allowances as per IPRCL HR Policy.

Location: Mumbai

Terms of appointment: On usual terms of Deputation for 03 years subject to extension of exemption from the rule of Immediate Absorption beyond 01.11.2022 from Ministry of PSW/Department of Public Enterprises.

Eligibility Criteria: Group-C employees holding post in PB-2/GP 4600/4800 (A/c) (pre-revised 6th CPC) revised to matrix level 7/8 (7th CPC) on regular basis.

Essential qualification: Graduate in any discipline or Degree/ Diploma in Engineering.

Specific requirement: The candidate must have at least 03-05 years' experience of working in vigilance department and having experience of vigilance matters such as CTE type inspection, preventive checks, complaint handling, preliminary inquiry, investigation, drafting of charge sheet, departmental enquiry, anti-corruption cases, economic offences, inspection/audit etc. in Railways/Railways PSUs/PSUs operating in the field of Railways/ JV Companies under Govt. control operating in the field of Railways/ Govt. Companies operating in the field of Railways.

No of Post: 02

Level& Pay-scale Remuneration: 
(i) For Appointment on Deputation: E-2 Parent Department Pay + Deputation Duty Allowance +Other Allowances as per IPRCL HR Policy.
(ii) For appointment on contract for Officers presently working on immediate absorption or on contract in CDA/IDA Scale: E-2 50000-160000 + IDA+ HRA + Perks @35% of Basic Pay & Allowances as admissible in IPRCL. Pay protection will be given to candidates as per DPE Guidelines.
(iii) For appointment on Contract for Officers working in Private Sector: E-2 50000-160000 IDA + HRA + Perks@35% of Basic Pay & Allowances as admissible in IPRCL. The selected candidate shall be placed at the minimum of Basic Pay. In case of deserving & exceptional candidates, Basic Pay is negotiable.

C. For appointment on Contract for candidates working.in Private Sector: Officers working in private sector should have at least 10 years of overall experience in Civil Engineering (P.Way) in Companies operating in the field of Railways subject.
D. For appointment on Re-employment: Officers who have taken Voluntary Retirement (VR) or retired on Superannuation should have at least 25 years of overall experience in Civil Engineering in CDA/IDA Scales in Railways/Railways PSUs/PSUs operating in the field of Railways/ JV Companies under Govt. control operating in the field of Railways/ Govt. Companies operating in the field of Railways and experience in P. Way Works Subject.

(iii) For appointment on Contract for Officers working in Private Sector: E-4 70000-200000+ IDA + HRA +Perks @35% of Basic Pay & Allowances as admissible in IPRCL. Level& Pay-scale Remuneration:  
a) For Direct Recruitment: Rs.90000-240000 (E6) + IDA + HRA will be admissible as per rules. In addition, Perks under cafeteria approach will be paid @35% of Basic Pay +other allowances as per IPRCL HR Policy.
b) For Deputation: E-6 Parent Pay + Deputation Duty Allowance + ther Allowances as per IPRCL HR Policy.

Terms of appointment: Direct Recruitment OR On usual terms of Deputation for 03 years subject to extension of exemption from the rule of Immediate Absorption beyond 01.11.2022 from Ministry of pSW/Department of Public Enterprises OR On Re-employment annual contract basis extendable further based on performance of the candidate and requirement of the Company.

Eligibility Criteria: 
A) For Candidates working in IDA Pay-scales (on absorption): Candidates should be working in CPSES /Joint Venture Company under Govt. control and should be having at least 15 years of overall post qualification experience (including working Asstt. Company Secretary/Deputy to Company Secretary etc.) and fulfilling the following criteria: as
B) For Candidates working in CDA Pay-scale in a Govt. Organizations (on absorption): Should have overall post qualification experience (including as Asstt. Company Secretary/ Deputy to Company Secretary etc.) of at least 15 years and fulfilling.
C) For Candidates working in Private Sector: Candidates should be working in Private and should be having at least 15 years of overall post qualification experience (including working as Asstt. Company Secretary/Deputy to Company Secretary etc.) and fulfilling.
D) For Candidates who have rendered the service in combination of IDA Pay-scale scale (on contract / on absorption) and in Private Sector should fulfill.


Age Limit: For Deputation: Upto 57 years. For Contract: Upto 45 years For Re-employment annual contract basis: Upto 63 years.
