The requirement for the specification role :

Managing all quality issues including supervising incoming quality control for transformer materials.
Adept at tests and check the power transformers
Should be able to generate and manage standard operating procedures, inspection schemes, and inspection plan and inspection
Should be Adept at the calibration of measuring devices and test equipment.
Should manage to manufacture process quality, final Acceptance Test, Customer complaints & Type tests.
Developed visual identification, communication, and training method to avoid human errors.

During the Training Period:

One Year Training period will be there for all the designation with the promised salary fixed
Only after the training period the salary will be increased based on performance getting permanently placed.
