Responsibilities and Duties:  

•  Should have knowledge and understanding of mechanical, electronics, and software based problems.
  
• Should be able to differentiate between mechanical, electronics and software based problems.
  
•  Should have knowledge on CAD designing of industrial components.
  
• Should be able to provide CAD designing solutions.
  
• Should have knowledge of different CAD format's like STL, OBJ.
  
• Should be able to work and fix triangule mesh errors, mainfold error for digital fabrication.  
  
• Should have a work experience/knowledge in various 3D printing technologies like FDM and DLP.
  
• Should have knowledge about 3D printing technology.
  
• Should have knowledge on 3D Printing known problems and its limitations.  
  
• Should be ready to work for service support.
  
• Should have good communication skills.
  
• Providing technical support to the customers for the company products.
  
• Ability of Multi-tasking.
  
• Should be able to work under pressure.
  
• Should be passionate about the 3D Printing industry.
  
• Should have knowledge and experience in quality check, assembling, electronics and mechanical fixations and connections.
  
• Should have knowledge about engineering design
  
• Should have knowledge about basic electronics equipment
  
• Should have knowledge about apparatus
  
• Provide thorough documentation of testing methods and results
  
• Manage the projects within the team
  
• Understanding of additive manufacturing
  
• Effective time management and organizational skills
  
•  Knowledge of Engineering hardware, preferably 3D Printers
  
• Conducting periodic process audits and provide inputs for continuous improvement
  
• Planning of daily checks on 3D Printers
  
•  Clean and sort 3D printed parts and perform finishing processes
  
• Provide feedback about the product, material and design
  
• Manage customer expectations and ensuring all products are top quality and shipped on time
  
• Establish and maintain relationships with company clients
  
• Flexible between other roles on the manufacturing floor to create production efficiency
  
•  Analyze and process machine accuracy data, logs, and style codes to continuously improve accuracy, resolution, and turnaround time.
  

•  Should be responsible for the installation of the 3D printer machines at client location
  
• Educate the customers and provide training for the 3D Printer machines and software
  
• Perform necessary Technical Support
  
• Responsible to attend customer calls, timely completion of service reports, training reports, customer feedback records
  
• Gathering customer information including product and business information
  
• Develop strong relationships with customers
