Job Description
1. Testing and evaluating new application builds
2. Reporting bugs and issues in a timely, efficient, and organized manner
3. Troubleshooting technical issues
4. Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem
5. Providing timely and accurate customer feedback
6. Talking to customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem
7. Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved
8. Providing support in the form of procedural documentation
9. Managing multiple cases at one time
Note: We're looking for skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the DevOps technical support position. Interns will troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely customer feedback, and support the roll-out of new applications, among other duties.
Moreover, interns would need to talk to customers directly, as well as create written documentation for the reporting of any issues.

This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum assured stipend, candidates will be paid an incentive of Rs. 2000 based on their performance.
