KRA
1. Handling any queries with Ginesys ERP system and updating software from time to time.
2. Coordinating and managing software and hardware requirements of the company and following up with vendors.
3. Managing reports at regular intervals.
4. Manage Licensing(Microsoft, Adobe, etc)
5. IT Asset Management(hardware and software)
6. ERP Servers, CCTV, IP Camera Management
7. IT Audit-Internal and External
KEY REQUIREMENTS
1. Should have worked in any retail company.
2. Ginesys Retail ERP software.
3. Tally System
4. IT infrastructure knowledge- Hardware and Software
5. Proficiency in MS Excel.
Work Experience: 5-10 years
Educational Qualification: Graduate from a technical course
