Troubleshoot priority incidents, facilitate blameless post-mortems and ensure permanent closure of incidents.
Provide command and control leadership for production impacting incidents in order to meet business needs.
Engage with development team throughout the life cycle to help develop software for reliability and scale, ensuring minimal refactoring or changes.
Participate in the 24x7 support coverage as needed.
Help enhance monitoring solutions to enhance health of the plant.
Efficiently collaborate and work with various stakeholders to plan and implement identified service improvement opportunities.
Participate in Change management activities by adhering to firm policies.
