Job Description
Role Designation: Associate Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Drive Functional and Technical solution on InQuira engagements including integrations,
- Provide good business advice to,the customer with respect to the solution and its successful adoption,
- Responsible for successful go lives and customer,delight,
- Participate in Pre Sales activities
Technical and Professional Requirements:
- Experience Required: 2+ Years,
- IM Web services,
- Knowledge of Dictionary and language expertise, configuration, tuning etc. is a plus,
- Knowledge on Integrations of OKM with CRM systems like Siebel, RightNow is a plus,
- OKM installation and Administration,
- L,Bachelor's or equivalent degree,
- IM Web services,
