Job Description
i. Identifying new sales leads.
ii. Pitching products and/or services.
iii. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
iv. Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
v. Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
vi. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
vii. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
viii. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
ix. Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
x. Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
xi. Developing quotes and proposals
xii. Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in-person
xiii. Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they have met
xiv. Training personnel and helping the team members develop their skills
