Job Description
* Prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to support the Business Development Consultant and Business Development Managers.
* Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
* Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers
* Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
* Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role ( preferred)
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Freshers are also preferred
