Roles & Responsibilities

Calling – Reaching out to customers in various industries like retail, manufacturing, and telecom, industrial, health care to generate a lead for e-Learning programmes
Lead generation
Research and Profiling – Search, Identification and Building of prospect database of companies according to the project requirement. Data assimilation from social and other internet data sources like LinkedIn
Managing customer/client information
Sending follow-up emails& proposals to the clients and prospects
Sales reporting
