Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Exposure to Domestic & International sales.
- Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone/e-mail/chats to promote our CRM product.
- Explain the provide DEMO of the product to potential customers.
- Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer.
- Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals.
- Handle customer queries.
- Obtain customer information including names and addresses.
- Coordinate with the Business Development Leads.
- Record customer details including reaction to the product.
- Obtain contact details of potential customers from different sources.
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
- Conduct customer and marketing surveys.
- Proven work experience as an Inside sales manager.
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel.
- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process.
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Should be a graduate.
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: 120,000.00 to 300,000.00 /year
