Job Description
- Position: Inside Sales Associate
- Location: Bangalore
- As an Inside Sales Associate in ERP Sales and Marketing, you will be involved with functions related to technology products (Precisely Microsoft Dynamics ERP & CRM) and solutions for the Domestic market which include different roles like Lead Generation and Business Development.
- Primarily targeting B2B segment and initiating the first level of contact with the prospective customers.
- Lead research involved comprehensive utilization of LinkedIn and also effective use of sales tools like LinkedIn, Data.com, TradeIndia, Hoovers, Indiamart, Jigsaw & ZoomInfo etc.
- Identifying market potential by converting leads into opportunities & passing them over for further demo or technical consultation with the client’s team.
- Deliver on sales outreach program that includes extensive Cold-calling, Warm follow-ups and E-mail to identify new customers for products within a given sales territory.
- Develop and maintain such company/decision makers’ databases and lists.
- Expose organization service offerings to target prospects/decision makers.
- Engage Decision Makers (CIO, CTO, IT Head, Finance Head, CFO, Purchase Head, Director, IT manager etc) on the call and qualify prospects.
- Maintain own database by Research companies in target segments & source contact info, titles, email address etc.
- Generate new business opportunities & maintain a healthy pipeline to ensure that the sales team has adequate number of qualified opportunities to work upon
- Analyzing prospects needs and requirements to uncover their business challenges by working across multiple campaigns.
- Disciplined implementation of the sales process and contribution towards profitable growth of the organization.
