Job Description
1. The job entails creation of sales funnel and revenue generation. This will involve research on the web, active participation and publicity in the social media and tele-calling clients to generate qualified leads and sales conversion
2. Candidate will be involved in Cold calling, lead gathering and sales closing for open clients
3. Business-to-Business lead generation and setting-up appointments and meetings for corporate business
4. Responsible for appointment setting with Corporate Houses
5. Handling complete Corporate Training backend process
6. Generating Qualified leads and align Business Manager with Customer for Trainings and services
7. Research companies, colleges, universities, and to develop leads and refer to the appropriate sales representative
8. Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives
9. Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
10. Daily, Weekly Monthly reporting on revenue targets qualified lead generations business growth
11. Having Technical Background is an added advantage.
Requirements
1. Self-motivated and can work under pressure to achieve team and individual targets
2. Should be an extrovert and confident person
3. Proven track record in cold calling, sales prospecting and revenue generation, 4. Excellent Telephone Etiquette and Conversational skills
5. Good writing skills
6. Should have very good knowledge of and be active on social media platforms e.g. Face book, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.
7. A team player with a positive attitude
8. Specialization: sales, marketing, Technical Sales and Tele-sales
9. People handling skills are desirable.
