Job Description
1) Corporate Sales Executives : You will reach out to CEO's / CXO's / Business Owners of Brands, Franchisors, Businesses that are franchising and are now seeking franchisees and offer them customized packages based on the locations in which they seek investors and franchisees and based on who their target franchisee profile is. You will have to build your pipeline of companies who are expanding using the tools and training we provide to you and then go about onboarding brands. 2) Business Development Executive : You will work closely with entrepreneurs who are looking at buying a franchise business opportunity and convince them to buy our 15k annual membership whose features are given here. Visit: https://bit.ly/3h3yH55
You will then recommend them different opportunities based on their investments, location, skills and interests and broker franchise business deals. You will need to have good business acumen and a flair to broker deals. You will be involved in consultative selling.
Sales Executive Job Responsibilities:
Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Rigorous calling on daily basis
- Sells our services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. You will need to be very good at microsoft excel .
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Being Multilingual is a huge plus as you will be able to connect with a larger variety of consumers spread across the country for us. Fluent English is Compulsory along with knowledge of spoken hindi.

Education, Experience, Language and Other Requirements:
1) Bachelorâs or Masterâs Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Sales.
2) Prior Internships & Sales Experience with very good revenue generation results will give you an extra edge.
3) English, Hindi & Tamil / Kannada / Telugu / Malayalam / Any One South Indian Language for South Indian Markets as you will work with clients in Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Telangana, Kerala & AP.
4) English, Hindi & Gujarati/Marathi- West India Team for Gujarat / Rajasthan / Maharashtra
5) English, Hindi / Punjabi - North India Team for Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana & Central India.
6) English, Hindi, Bengali / Odia - West India Team for Westbengal, North East India and Odisha.
Package: INR 3.8 LPA
Break Up : 1.2 LPA Fixed + 2.6 LPA Variable
Location: Bangalore HO. Preferably Staying within 30 Minutes Of our Race Course Road Office.
