Job Description:

- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
- Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
- Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports.
- Must be a self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced atmosphere
- Demonstrate assertiveness and persuasiveness
- Ability to work independently
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues.
- Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.
- Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
- Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.
- Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory.
- Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
- Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Good team player and should meet or exceed team goals.
- Plan decisions and practice good judgment.

- Be self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative.

- Specific Skill Set: Multilingual, English Is Compulsory. Other than English at least have speaking ability of 3 (three) Other Language like Hindi/Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam/Bengali ETC
- Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 0 to 5 years
- Annual CTC: Not a constraint for a right candidate
- Location(s) of Job: Hyderabad, Bangalore
- Minimum Education Requirements: Graduate/Post-Graduate in any stream. Candidates has the NCFM Certifications will be preferred.
- No of rounds of Interviews: 3 rounds of interview.
- Languages: English / Hindi / Local Language.
