Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Professionals to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new leads, interacting with customers, understanding their needs, setting meetings and ensuring a smooth sales process.

Responsibilities (not limited to)

Connecting/Interacting with the customers, making cold calls to potential customers and following up on leads.
Understanding customer needs and identifying new sales opportunities.
Creating and maintaining database of current and potential customers.
Understanding and explaining product and service offerings.

Experience and Qualification

A bachelor's degree with an experience of 2 4 years in Inside Sales.
Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
Strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships.
Research oriented, analytical thinker with a strong sense of practical judgment.
Excellent Communication (Written & Verbal) and negotiating skills.
