Job Description
- The Inside Sales Executive must be an energetic self-starter who can quickly grasp a start-up company’s vision, develop specific tactical plans and begin implementation upon appropriate approvals.
- The candidate must be resourceful and able to develop a well-defined time management process in order to progress the vision of assigned companies.
- Pitch and sell Simple Lecture academic training courses to prospect and nurture them to become a customer
- Assess and identify their needs, effectively handle doubts and objections to close sales
- Follow-up with customers, prospects and leads to achieve sales and collection targets within stipulated time
- Manage the entire on-boarding process and resolve any post-sales customer issues by working with other internal departments
- Adhere to stipulated call norms on a daily basis
- Generate leads for company through database, internet, search engines & other tools.
- Cold calling, cold emailing.
- Handle inbound prospect calls and convert them into sales.
- Experience with customer identification, call planning, account management and closing.
- Fixing appointments for products demos with clients
- Deliver product demos and sales presentations (online and in-person, if needed)
- Be part of customer service and success as needed
