Job Description
Jobs and Responsibilities:
- Prospecting, qualifying and generating leads/appointments for STT’s Key Accounts across USA/Canada.
- Mapping the market to identify potential opportunities to which STT can be pitched.
- Manage existing marketing leads and creating new sales leads from existing customer database.
- Ensure a proper handover to Account managers for all qualified leads and track the progress until the closure of the leads.
- Generate outbound contacts for generating, qualifying leads and also handle inbound customer contacts to provide customer service for STT’s key customers.
- Establishing and cultivating healthy relationships with prospective customers
- Develop new relationships of key decision makers in prospective customers
- Inside Sales; cold calling; lead generation; Business Development; Inside Sales Executive; outbound calling; Customer Acquisition; Direct sales; Client servicing; Tele sales Desired Candidate Profile
- Must have a Bachelor degree or above
- Preference for telesales experience sales or direct end user sales experience
- Experience working with Global Company is preferred
- Excellent inter-personal skills combined with a consultative approach and the ability to present solutions to client needs
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Education:UG:Any Graduate - Any Specialization
