INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE
JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for a results-driven INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE to actively seek out and engage the customer prospects for clients. They must provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Job Responsibilities
Identify the prospects for StreetGooser
To help expand relationships with potential clients of StreetGooser. Manage the full sales cycle, from placing outbound sales calls, managing the sales pipeline, to negotiating and closing out the sales process.
Developing and maintaining the required knowledge of the company and its services to identify customer needs and maximize the opportunity.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs.
Providing prospective clients with complete knowledge of our software through demos to bring them into our platform.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Be informed of best practices and promotional trends.
Motivated, multi-tasker, detail-oriented
To be an active team player
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
Interest in working within the hospitality technology space.
Excellent communication skills.
Should have a good command over making telephonic conversations.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
