Job Description
Designation : Inside Sales Executive
Roles and Responsibilities :
- The candidate must be a self-motivated, energetic and a great attitude
- Have a flair for sales with 0- 6 months of outbound telesales experience preferably in the IT sector and US market.
- Good communication skills is an absolute must.
- High level of interpersonal skills as the position continually requires demonstrated poise, initiative, tact, and diplomacy.
- Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Continual attention to detail in meeting deadlines and understanding priorities.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
- Having Marketing knowledge and/or experience would be a plus.
- Candidate must be ready to work in the U.S.shifts
Educational Criteria :
- Good Academic scores throughout
- MBA or equivalent from any reputed institute
- Any graduate, preferably with BCA/BE or Computer background
Experience : Fresher or 6 Months
Salary : 4 LPA
Shift Timings : Night Shifts (Only Male candidates as no cabs provided)
