Inside Sales Executive:

• Uolo is looking for an Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business.

• Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Any degree in any field
• Fluent in English and Kannada is a must
• Working knowledge of Tamil is a plus
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
• Understanding customer needs and requirements
• Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
• Handle regular business process improvements and updates
• Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
• Devise B2B (business to business) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers
• Location:HSR Layout, Bangalore
• Compensation:Salary will be Rs.16K to 22K per month.
• Based on the performance, the salary will be incremented.
