Inside Sales Executive.
Varada Innovations Pvt Ltd is looking for a Inside Sales Representative (INSR) to take our Sales team to the next level. Research and identify high-potential leads, convert opportunities, and connect with customers large and small over the phone and via email. Own and build a sales pipeline by working collaboratively with Account Executives and Sales leadership.
Responsibilities
- Actively acquire new leads through prospecting potential clients
- Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
- Understands clients' business needs and requirements
- Identifying new sales leads and Pitching products /or services
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct cold calling and generate lead or inquiry. Negotiating by phone, email, and in person.
- Builds and cultivates prospective relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel
- Analyse market opportunities and help to develop marketing plan.
- Researching the needs of other companies and who makes decisions about purchasing
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish report and set up meetings
- Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
- Strong interpersonal skills. Able to develop and manage relationships with all channel stakeholders
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
Requirements
- Knowledge of Sales background.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Should have a reasonable awareness of local brands and products.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines under minimal supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet the required deadline Competencies and Skills Required.
