- Web2 Emails - Sales Executive (Delhi)
- Business results
- Ensure correct and timely processing of servicing requests , end to end closure within defined TATs'*Implement our Needs based Selling approach.
- Achieve agreed targets on sales and revival collections
- Monitor and evaluate achievement of targets against expectations.
- Customer Relationship Management*Interact regularly with the customers to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship
- Ensure sole focus is to the Web2 Emails business.*Service client effectively.
- Ensure sound relationship with customers and leverage it for up sell and persistency
- Ensure compliance of all Company regulations.
- The Sales Executive sees the sales cycle from lead inception through the close
- Manage all leads and call3.Use discretion to independently assess and recommend budgets to prospective clients to appropriately match their goals & assure proper allocation of resources towards meeting said goals
- Select and recommend appropriate products to match client goals
- Sales Executives develop budgets using standard pricing and custom quotes
- Develop and present proposals, presentation and other sales collateral materials, in person, by phone and email
- Qualifies new prospects provided and prospects own new leads, including cold calls
- Sales Executives negotiate contract deals with prospective customers
- Provides ideas to attract new clients and expand sales
- Knowledge of and ability to leverage social media to market company products and services is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, verbal and written
- Self-motivated to deliver results
- Agile personality
- Independent decision-making ability
- High level of computer proficiency on Mac (including Microsoft Office, Google docs)
