  • The Inside Sales Representative is based out of our New Delhi office.
  • The position consists of selling Össur bracing &supports products and services. 
  • This is done by using technical, organizational, and customer knowledge to influence and assist them in applying the products and services to their needs resulting in revenue generation. 
  • The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for maintaining sales volume from existing customers as well as generating incremental growth and new business development via the telephone.
  • Makes outbound sales calls to existing and potential customers to develop relationships and generate revenue.
  • Following up on sales leads and making cold calls to potential customers.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demos via the telephone and online.
  • Closing sales presentations and meeting monthly objectives in accordance with sales development plan.
  • Maintain number of calls, phone time and number of contacts in accordance with activity goals.
  • Maintaining an up-to- date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that effect target markets.
  • Participate in new product launch activities.
  • Answer technical and product related questions from customers and prospects.
  • Maintains an acceptable level (90%) of technical and customer service competency: includes product, technical, systems and order entry processing knowledge.
  • Maintains a professional image and demeanor consistent with the image of Össur.
  • Carries out all duties in an honest, ethical and professional manner.
