Job Overview
- You will be responsible for handling the incoming calls from clients who are already looking for services like ours.
- You will have to understand their concern and address those concerns in a way that they trust your superior knowledge about their problem areas & which ultimately will lead them to buy from you.
Responsibilities and Duties
Here is the list of the responsibilities and duties of this job which include but not limited to;
- Handling 10-25 incoming calls everyday
- Follow up on incoming calls, negotiating the deal with client & closing the sales
- Documentation related to followups, client data etc
- Understand nature of client’s business & up-sell our other services to clients
Qualifications
This is what we expect from you
- Graduate (BA/BSc/B.Com/BBA/BBM) or Post Graduate (MA, M.Com, MBA)
- Experience: 0-2 Years
- Languages: Hindi & English Both
- Personal Characteristics: Friendly & helpful
