Role Inside Sales and Lead
Generations
Responsibilities ● Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up ● Source new leads and prospects using outbound marketing (digital marketing, calls, email etc) ● Closely work with the digital outbound marketing team and ensure deliverables and outcomes ● Understand customer needs and requirements● Route qualified opportunities to the pre sales team for further nurture ● Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas ● Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest ● Maintain and expand your database of prospects within the assigned territory ● Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals ● Team Management ● Drafting Emails and Client Negotiations to closure ● Perform effective online demos to prospects

What we need
● Experience 2+ year ● BTech/ MBA degree or equivalent. ● Selling IT services in US Market and other geographies ● Proven inside sales experience ● Track record of over-achieving quota ● Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools ● Proficient with digital marketing tools, email campaign tools ● Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM ● Excellent verbal and written communications skills ● Strong listening and presentation skills ● Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
