• The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business utilizing outbound cold calling and following-up on marketing leads. 
• The target audience is managers, directors, and VPs of IT in mid-market to small enterprise companies. 
• Candidates should be proficient in calling to IT staff and engaging in a solution-selling dialogue. 
• The inside sales representative will provide qualified prospects to the Sigma Technologies regional sales staff to work through the sales cycle.
  
• The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit and knows how to win. In addition, the candidate must be hard working, driven, competitive and highly creative.
  
• Minimum Experience 1 or more years previous inside sales experience, preferably calling into IT departments

• A proven ability in cold calling IT staff and senior technology executives and prospecting new accounts and through previous experience understand how to qualify a lead
• Possess a hunter mentality and a desire to over-achieve
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• High energy and enthusiasm
• Extremely organized, able to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of IT experience is a significant plus
